Whether it is partly because I managed so little work yesterday, or the fact that I know the next five weeks will be relatively unexciting in terms of my writing work (until after the house move), but I’m actually thinking of calling a halt to “yesterday and today” in advance of the year end. Let’s be honest, there hasn’t been a great deal of difference in the last few posts.
But perhaps this is merely an example of feast and famine. If so, yesterday’s limited efforts were spent on NC:5 and arranging – and communicating – the next date for a Contextual poetry reading. Hardly stellar stuff.
But then if I stop writing “yesterday and today” and something exciting happens…
I’ll do a little more reading of NC:5 prose submissions today. I haven’t touched ‘Z’ for a couple of days, so perhaps… Other than that? [Sorting out the garage actually, but I hardly think that counts..!]
So you appreciate the dilemma: stop or not? Quality or width? After all, I’ve nothing to prove to anyone…
