After drawing a blank yesterday – a day with lots of driving and no time to do anything much other than try and pin down Contextual: 17 readers – today will be a different kettle of fish…
In addition to picking up the threads of “C” (which now stands at over 27k words drafted), given my new Crash rehearsal is now next week I may start teasing at one or two other ideas that are bubbling away.
One thing that is a definite is this evening’s ‘Write-on Ripon’ Open Mic. I need to decide what I’m going to be reading, which this time around could be something of a challenge. Pretty much all of my suitably sized short stories have been read at one event or another, so I may go back to poetry… Something old? Something new? But nothing borrowed!
